If you love yoga and how it has positively impacted your life, we invite you to attend our life-transforming teacher's training program in Rothesay.

We are pleased to offer our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program both in a full 8 module program as well as in individual weekend intensives. Attend one weekend as an inspirational staycation retreat, multiple weekends as a selective learning journey, or all weekends to culminate to a 200 hour international certification. This inspiring program will provide with a deep insight into many styles of yoga, postures, practices, the methodology and is an excellent foundational training that dives into philosophy, anatomy and actual teaching.Throughout the training you will be mentored and supported to discover your skills and passion to be a great yoga teacher . 

Our programs is Yoga Alliance Certified. Once you have completed the training program and have received your certificate you can apply to Yoga Alliance for their professional designation.

Once the deposit is paid, we can offer a payment plan leading up the start of the training date. This can be done by credit card, cheque or with cash. All training fees must be paid in full before the start date of the training.

A regular consistent practice is a must for any yoga teacher. Start a personal practice if possible and attend different classes to get a feel for various teaching styles. Maybe keep a journal to track your thoughts, experiences and ideas.
