We have classes for everyone. Whether you’re looking for a deep stretch, building a strong core or just want to get a good work out in, we have a style for you.

  • Hatha Yoga is a gently guided class with detailed instruction so it is perfect for beginners. In this class you will learn how to move the body in a graceful, restorative way. You will also learn how to observe your breath using it to maximize your movements creating strength and release in your postures. This class leaves you feeling peaceful and sometimes challenged. Each class is carefully structured to give a well balanced workout for the muscles, joints, organs, glands and nervous system.
